✅ Model in millimetres — make sure your file is scaled to real-world size.

Pricing depends on four main factors: material used, size of the print, print quality / infill %, and quantity. As a rough guide, small PLA prints start from $15, medium prints from $30–$80, and large prints from $80 upward. Submit your file and I'll give you an exact price — quoting is always free.
I accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. STL and 3MF are the preferred formats as they work directly with slicing software. If your file is in another format (like Fusion 360 .f3d or Blender .blend), please export it to one of the above formats before sending. Not sure how? Just get in touch and I'll help.
Absolutely not. Your files are treated as private and confidential. I use them only to review and quote your job, and never share, sell, or publish your designs. Files are deleted after your order is complete unless you ask me to keep them. If you'd like a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for a commercial project, just ask.
Most quotes are returned within 24 hours on business days. Complex or large prints may take up to 48 hours to assess accurately. If you have an urgent deadline, mention it in your notes and I'll prioritise your review.
Don't stress — this is more common than you'd think! When I review your file, I check for common issues like non-manifold geometry, inverted normals, thin walls, and missing faces. If I find problems, I'll let you know clearly. Minor fixes are usually done at no charge. For complex repairs, I'll quote a small fee and always ask before doing anything.
I'll email you a secure Shopify payment link for the exact amount quoted. You can pay by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Payment is required before I start printing. Once confirmed, I'll let you know your start date and can send progress photos if you'd like.
Yes — I ship across New Zealand via NZ Post tracked courier. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and size and will be included in your quote. Most small-to-medium orders are $6–$12 tracked. International shipping is available on request — just ask when you submit your quote.
Yes! My printers are equipped with an AMS (Automatic Material System) which allows me to print in up to 4 colours in a single print job — no filament swaps or manual intervention needed. This is great for multi-colour logos, signs, figures, decorative items, and anything where you want distinct colours across the model. Just describe the colours you'd like in the notes field and I'll let you know what's possible with your specific file.
