Browse the shop, choose your product, select your options (size, colour), and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, go to your cart and click Check out. You'll enter your delivery details and pay securely — a confirmation email will arrive straight away.

Because many items are printed to order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change — I'll do my best to help before printing begins.

Once a print has started I'm unable to cancel, as the material and time can't be recovered. When in doubt, get in touch right away!

Once your order is dispatched via NZ Post, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Tracking usually updates within a few hours of dispatch.

Haven't received tracking details? Check your spam folder first, then contact me and I'll look into it straight away.

Head to the 3D Print Quote page, fill in the form — upload your file, choose your material, colour, and size — and I'll email you a personalised quote within 24 hours. If you're happy with the price, you pay and I start printing. No commitment until you say yes!

There are thousands of free 3D model files available online! Great places to look:

• Thingiverse.com — the largest free library
• Printables.com — excellent quality designs by Prusa
• MyMiniFactory.com — great for miniatures and figurines
• Cults3D.com — mix of free and paid designs
• STLFinder.com — searches across multiple sites at once

Download the file (usually .STL or .3MF) and upload it on the Get a Quote page. Not sure? Send me the link and I'll take a look!

Always free, no obligation. I review your file and send you a price — you only pay if you decide to go ahead. I'll never charge for quoting and won't print anything without your approval.

Absolutely. Your files are completely private — I only use them to print your specific order and will never share, sell, or reprint your designs without your permission. If you'd like me to delete your file after printing, just ask.

I accept .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF files. STL and 3MF are the most common and work best. Maximum upload size is 250MB. If your file is in a different format, just ask and I'll let you know if I can work with it.

Most quotes come back within 24 hours on business days — simple jobs are often the same day. If you have a tight deadline, mention it in your notes and I'll prioritise your quote.

I print in two materials:

• PLA — great for toys, décor, gifts, and wall art. Biodegradable, lightweight, and available in lots of colours. This is the most popular choice.
• PETG — stronger and more heat-resistant than PLA. Great for functional parts that need to last.

I stock a wide range of PLA colours including Black, White, Grey, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Pink, Hot Pink, Gold, Silver, Natural, Wood-fill, and Glow-in-the-Dark. Colour availability can change — if you have a specific colour in mind, mention it on your quote form and I'll confirm availability.

On FDM (filament) prints you'll be able to see fine layer lines up close — similar to the grain of wood. From a normal viewing distance they're usually barely noticeable, especially on darker colours. This is completely normal and part of the charm of 3D printing!

PLA prints are strong and durable for everyday use — fidget toys, wall art, and display items hold up really well. They're not suited for high-heat environments (like a hot car) or very heavy loads. For tougher applications, PETG is the better choice. Like most plastics, prints can crack if dropped on a hard floor.

My fidget and sensory toys are printed in PLA — a plant-based, biodegradable plastic. They're smooth-finished and safe for children to handle and play with. As with any small toy, adult supervision is recommended for very young children. I do not recommend 3D printed items for babies or toddlers who might put them in their mouths.

Yes! Personalised gifts are one of my specialities. I can add names, dates, or custom text to many items. Get in touch with what you have in mind and I'll let you know what's possible. Custom orders are quoted individually.

Absolutely! I regularly add seasonal items for Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, and more throughout the year. If you're after something specific for an occasion that you don't see listed, just ask — I may be able to make it for you!

Yes! Most wall art can be printed in different colours and sizes. If you don't see the option in the product listing, contact me or leave a note at checkout with your preference and I'll get back to you with options and pricing.

I ship throughout New Zealand via NZ Post with tracking included. If you're outside NZ and would like to place an order, get in touch and I can look at international shipping options for you.

Once dispatched, NZ Post typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Rural addresses may take a day or two longer. Please also allow time for printing — print-to-order items have a lead time of around 3–7 days before dispatch.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. The exact cost will show before you complete payment — no surprises!

Every order is carefully wrapped and packed to arrive safely. Delicate items get extra protection. If your item does somehow arrive damaged, please take photos and contact me straight away — I'll sort it out!

Your satisfaction matters to me! If there is a fault with your item, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and I'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please see the full Refund Policy for details.

Because custom and personalised prints are made specifically for you, I'm unable to accept change-of-mind returns on these — please double-check your details before ordering!
