The Twinkle Twinkle Little Star wall art sign is one of my favourite things I've made — not just because it looks beautiful in the daytime, but because of what happens when you switch the lights off. The glow in the dark PLA plastic charges throughout the day and lights up a soft, gorgeous green at night. In a nursery or a child's bedroom, it's the kind of thing that makes bedtime feel a little bit more magical.

What makes it special

It's printed in chunky stacked serif lettering with a shooting star built into the design — bold and bright during the day in crisp white, and glowing green after dark. At 190mm × 190mm it's compact enough to sit on a windowsill, shelf, or bedside table, and light enough (30–60g) to go straight on the wall with a bit of blu-tack.

The windowsill is actually the ideal spot — the more natural light it absorbs during the day, the stronger the glow at night. No batteries, no plugs, no fuss.
